Hey friend, man if there's anything I know about the fruit of the spirit, it's that it has been a lifeline for me when it comes to the way that I react, the way that I, the standard, you know, that I hold myself to when it comes to communication and

reaction, not just with my family, but with my friends, inside my business.

And I think if there's one thing that the enemy wants to do it's to

it's to trigger us right to trigger us to act out in anger to be super reactive to be unkind to do things that are uncouth to not be gentle and

and you know it's human nature to do the exact opposite of the fruit of the spirit and so one beautiful the

exact opposite of the fruit of the spirit.

And so one beautiful resource that we have is scripture.

And scripture is here to give us the guideline,

to give us the way that we can stay aligned with God's will, yes for our life, but also for the way that we act, for the way that we react.
