And we are here today talking about a very good fight night.

Corey Sandhagen versus Umar Nirmagamadov was the main event and the entire main card was pretty much full of interesting relevant fights.

Stuff beyond the main card as well. Some of it at least lived up to expectations or exceeded them.

And also a card fill where

that other than kiazza ferguson we talked about that a bit yeah did we make many picks on this one? I thought we just picked the main event. Oh, I think you're right. It's just, okay, you're safe, Phil. You're protected? I probably would have been wrong, I think, maybe. I would have picked against Sharra Bullitt out of spite. Out of spite, exactly, yeah, which we may have to... I would make Marlon Verra to be... To be large. Uh-huh. Which he was, but... So, yeah, I don't want to excuse myself. I would have been wrong for a whole bunch of this stuff. Well, I talked about a lot of this card with the old Zane and Simon, and he thinks he's so smart. Well, how can he let me make all those bad picks?

I ask you.

Yeah.

Because I was just wrong all over the damn shop with my predictions on this card.

Wrong, I will say, in very interesting ways.

I feel like, as you hope will be the case with a good card, we learned a good bit from these fights.

And nowhere more so than in the main event, which was, again, Umar Nirmagamehamedov versus Corey Sandhagen.

We sort of lamented the fact that Sandhagen really through nobody's fault at this point has just been on the cusp of a title shot for ages.

It is someone's fault. It's the UFC matchmakers.

I mean, the Cheeto one we pointed to, but also, like, now that it's him and Mara...

The Cheeto fight annoyed me at the time, and quite a lot, and everything that has happened since then
