I always feel very nervous starting the show.

Welcome, dear listeners.

We had a nice little weekend off there.

I had a little stay with my family and enjoyed the interim, which was nice. A little break from thinking about the UFC, but there's no rest for the wicked, at least not for long.

And on that note, we do have another UFC fight night card coming up this weekend.

What I will say is I think it's a perfectly solid fight night.

Now, for now.

God knows what's going to happen to it.

It's already, like all these cards, the last five weeks, I was saying to you, Phil, before we started, it's like they're, frankly, like I almost want to be complimentary of the UFC matchmakers for keeping them together because these cards seem determined to pull themselves apart at the

seams.

Whether it's the relentless schedule, it's the traveling associated with a couple of them, it's,

I don't know, weight cutting issues, which I've kind of, we've talked about that sort of catching up to the sport of MMA, perhaps, as weight cutting just gets more and more extreme.

Whatever the cause, we have just had a lot of cards get like scattershot hit by injuries and miraculously scraped back together with short-notice
