Summary

We all want to feel connected to the world around us. The desire for connection is encoded into the fabric of human existence. We can deny that we have this desire to ourselves, and to everyone else, but that won't make the fundamental design disappear, so why not embrace it?

In this episode Abi and Justin discuss fundamental barriers that get in the way of connection, how to tear them down, and what bridges are necessary to build in order to get connected.
