| 1:44.8 | electrolyte balance. That is not necessarily the same as chugging gallons of water. The real key |
| 1:51.2 | to keeping yourselves hydrated is replenishing electrolytes simultaneously. You need electrolytes to |
| 1:58.8 | keep your cells working properly and you have to replenish both the water and the electrolytes. Most people just double down on the water. They don't replenish their electrolytes, and this dilutes your levels of sodium, resulting in hyponotremia, low energy, confusion, puffiness, and bloating. |
