After all, we need people on a team who complement the skills we lack, as we do likewise for them.

But it is essential that the tasks most vital to success in your

position, whether it's managing time, closing a deal, holding yourself or others accountable,

giving feedback, conducting meetings, etc., become skills for you. And skills are developed

through repetition, not just practice, but perfect practice,
