1:09.0	platforms changing the economy politics, politics. I mean, as I'm listing all of these out,
1:15.8	I almost feel guilty because I don't know about you, but for me that those words even
1:23.2	come with a form of fear, anxiety, and panic, maybe even.
1:31.3	And so there's so much going on that it's hard to continue doing the work that I've always
1:39.6	done.
1:40.5	It's hard to block out those feelings long enough to put a pencil to the page, right?
1:49.0	And so I want to address some of that because there have been some things in my life
1:59.1	and psyche and practice that have really helped given the state of things
2:05.5	and that have given me even hope and maybe even a little bit more than that in the past year
2:10.6	after moving through and being swimming in all of those very well acquainted waters of fear and anxiety. I've been swimming in some new
2:24.8	waters that have come with serious growth and excitement in my creative practice more so than I've experienced in the past five years.
