more effective is adding things to your to-do list.

Now, this misses the point that our energies are better invested, getting the right things done,

not just worrying about getting many things done. And in order to pull that off, we need a

stop-doing list to decide what we're going to spend less time on, delegate, automate, outsource,

or just cease doing altogether to free up time

to execute the most essential tasks necessary for our success.

A stop-doing list helps you avoid mistaking motion for progress

and confusing more activity with meaningful accomplishment.
