Summary

Irregular periods, hot flashes, and hormonal changes- if you’re experiencing any of these symptoms at 45 years or older, chances are, you’re undergoing menopause. And while most women will experience menopause at some point in their lives, statistics show that 73% of them don’t actually know how to alleviate the symptoms that come along with it (including skincare). That’s why, in this podcast, I’ll be going over everything you need to know about menopause, and how to treat it.

since we were 35 you know what i'm talking about many of you have had your ovaries removed or you're on tamoxifen for breast cancer therapies.

So changes of menopause and perimenopausal symptoms affect women at many different ages.

And the crisis of not giving women hormone replacement therapy or estrogen, it all began in the 70s with a lot of studies that were released with premature results that scared people into thinking any doses of estrogen
