But first, I just celebrated my 70th birthday and I could tell you it doesn't feel so good

I can't believe I'm 70. I don't feel old. I'm sure I look old, but I don't think I look old in my little mind I was reading a quote by golden

May year the other day and I think she lived well into her 90s and she said

Getting old for me is like finding yourself on a crashing plane and there's nothing you could do about it.

Oh my God what a depressing thought.

But I think I've come around one day after my 70th birthday now to accept it.

Because I've over-packed my years.

The way I look at it, for every year I lived, I could probably measure that against most of my friends and acquaintances and I think I packed in three years to one year and so I got to be happy with that.

Why would I complain?

I'm asked all the time in various interviews, what would you tell your younger

self? And you know, I never really know how to answer that. Because for me, it's like,

how am I going to pretend I was younger not knowing

anything or what I would tell myself it's kind of like a contrived question but
