the man behind all of it. His name is Caesar and he is a dear friend of mine that I've known for many years.

And he runs the entire business, the entire school of greatness platform,

but there's so much more behind the scenes that I don't really talk about, that I thought I'd bring him in to kind of

share some of these ideas behind the scenes and what he does, but also go back in time to learn about how all this

even came about and the mindset about how we've been building this empire and this engine.

And Caesar turns the tables, he asks me some questions, I ask him some questions.

I share a lot of stories that I've haven't pulled out of the vault in, I don't know, a decade and share some things that

might help you understand how we build the things we do and how it's happened so quickly.
