| 1:14.4 | enough and they are really over-restricting or not eating enough for the amount of activity |
| 1:21.7 | that they're doing. And, you know, that can cause them to be undernourished you know they're not getting enough nutrients |
| 1:29.8 | they're not getting enough protein enough fats and we need all of that to be able to make hormones |
| 1:36.7 | to be able to maintain muscle mass to be able to actually burn fat you know we need certain nutrients |
| 1:43.7 | so I think a lot of people are focusing on trying to to actually burn fat, you know, we need certain nutrients. |
