A few small things, when done consistently, can build up into massive results. When you start your day off by accomplishing one small goal that you weren't planning on doing, it compounds into feeling better and performing better for the rest of the day, which starts tomorrow off better, which leads to a better week, and so on. It is no different from the effects of compounding interest.

| 1:22.0 | Laurie and I are taking a four day weekend for the Fourth of July holiday. |
| 1:27.0 | We are going to Laguna packing up the dog and just going to spend the weekend on the beach there. |
| 1:32.0 | And we had plans to leave really early. It's about seven thirty as I record this right now. |
| 1:37.0 | And we're just going to wake up, have our coffee, pack our bags quick, jump in the car. |
| 1:42.0 | And we looked at each other and we're like, let's just do it. |
| 1:45.0 | Let's just go in and get a 20 minute hit workout real quick. |
| 1:49.0 | So I did a 20 minute hit workout on the rower. |
| 1:52.0 | She did a 20 minute hit workout with weights. |
| 1:55.0 | And we both feel exponentially better. |
| 1:59.0 | Now the rest of the day, we're probably going to do very little of anything other than vacation mode and all the things that come along with vacation mode. |
