Can you first please tell me about the products that are made by Schluter and what you do for the company?

Certainly.

Schluter Systems is a product line of ceramic tile and stone setting products. So if you can think of all the

products that go into creating quality assemblies, such as underlayment, backers, heated systems,

waterproof showers, so forth. We are the industry leader

within that company, or I'm sorry, within that product line. What I do for the company, I am a

local territory manager. My territory is western Pennsylvania. So from all Pennsylvania borders

and over to give or take the Lancaster area. We split the state.

As a territory manager, I cover and handle the purchases through our distribution, as well as our

dealer network. We do a lot of training. I mean, some people call us sales reps. At Schluter

systems, we look at ourselves much more
