Alright, the trivial tellings for this week's episode Nemesis. It was written by Kenneth Biller and Ken gets around to doing exactly what he set out to do.

It is a story about the psychology of hate through propaganda with a twist ending. And Jerry Taylor was very pleased with the outcome.

And she particularly wanted to see an episode early in the season that highlighted Chicote, who she felt as a character had not gotten enough screen time in the previous season.

This was directed by Alexander Singer and we most recently covered his Voyager episode, Worst Case scenario.

We are approaching the end of his contributions to this series. But remember that Alexander has been around since TNG when he directed Relics.

And he was a fan of the franchise from way back in the TOS days when he was also directing for another Desilu production, Mission Impossible.

Now the production had the challenge of a lot of heavily wooded slash jungle scenes in the script, but they managed to trim that down to the location shooting of just two days and then matched that with a lot of clever work in studio.
