We use the same ones religiously.

I don't play the game of shopping around and trying to find a cheaper price.

Yeah, thank you for having me. So one of our listeners suggested I talk to you when I put out the call

for what I described as an old house whisperer.

Do you think that's an accurate description of you?

Yeah, yeah.

We did a lot of work on old homes.

Can you talk about your business, please?

Yeah, so we're a small business.

It's a family business. It's mainly me and my brother. We, you know, we do use subcontractors for certain jobs. And, you know, we bring in some extra help when we need it. But we try to keep it small so that the detail, you know, stays with us.

So when you say small, like do you mean a small team or like smaller projects? Do you have like a

special niche that you target? We do large projects and small. One ofes is, uh, we do some steeple restoration work.
