football today we will talk about. I'm really excited man. Oh my gosh a lot to talk about.

We'll start with this. On Monday night football, the Seattle Seahawks beat the Denver Broncos and Russell Wilson.

It was supposed to be Russ's revenge game, and it was kind of spoiled, which I bet see Hawks fans are really really

really happy about that in fact I know they are because got a lot of friends who are

Seahawks fans and I want to give a shout out to Seattle's defense. They were out standing in the red zone.

Denver got on the goal line three different times and walked away with like they got

what three points out of it they fumbled once they fumbled twice on a

different drive then the third time on third and goal they kicked a field goal

I mean Seattle held them off every single time it was impressive impressive

impressive defense and you know the only

other notable bit of info other than what I think is a major storyline from

this game but the other piece of notable information if you're a Seahawks fan is that their high paid safety

Jamal Adams got hurt.

He needs knee surgery.

He's likely going to be out for the year.
