Let's start off with jumping back to last week a little bit because this was a huge story. Really still is a huge story. The fact that Joe Biden was found by the

special counsel to have been extremely careless and, what was the phrase they used, willfully

retain classified materials. He was guilty of that. That's a crime. Which is, in fact, a crime,

except for the fact that, of course, he's the president.

So, you know, there's some question about whether President Kenner cannot be charged regardless,

which is the immunity case, ironically.

The Trump is enduring right now.

But they found a very interesting reason why he couldn't be charged.

Yeah.

He's too old and senow.

Yeah.

Is what the special counsel said.

I mean, brutal passages.

He can't remember his vice presidency under Obama.

He forgot when Bo died.

Yep.

It was not a pretty picture.

A lot of Democrats, a lot of liberal media folks thought that Jeffrey Tubin exploded over that revelation, saying that it was unnecessary.

It was a partisan hack job.

When really Robert Hur was doing his job. You have to include the mitigating

circumstances regarding litigation to your boss if you were to take this to trial. Well, of course,
