Five hundred episodes of this podcast is what I have done.

That's an insane thing. I started this

podcast August 31st 2017. Over five years ago now, it's just a little, it's like five years and a week basically.

That's insane to me. I still, I don't know, I didn't exactly planned this.

And I guess I want to start up by just saying thank you to all the people out there who watch and listen and even if you've come and gone if you're a part of the last five years that's a special and really cool and I'm really grateful and I really

am so I mean looking at with my eyes I'm so glad that this happened I'm so

glad that people have been here and watching and

listening and the show will go on but I you know I I want to take today's

episode to be very self-indulgent and to re-watch old clips of old episodes and kind of have some fun and celebrate this milestone.

I am really bad at celebrating. I hate my

birthday. I hate Christmas. I am uncomfortable with gift-giving, all this stuff. I'm

bad at celebrating moments. I always have been. I'm going to try to pause here today and celebrate and say,

hey, we did something pretty cool. We meaning me and you guys, the people listening, I make everything myself, I work completely alone.

I've had guests over the years, you know, shout out to Marcus Whitman, shout out to Brett Coleman,

shout out to Tom Grasse, shout out to all the people out there who've been on the show and featured and

don't know whatever.
