We're going to run down the news really quick

and then we're going to talk to you a little bit about

What we've been doing. Yeah, we didn't just go on vacation. We did some stuff

No, we did things we I recorded a lot of video. Yeah, well if you go to the vet's up

Instagram you'll see our entire journey but we're gonna talk you through that

but first the news yes so I'll start yeah so just a quick midterms update there were a bunch of

primaries this week uh... Arizona uh... they're going to replace uh... jeff and Martha McSalle got the Republican

nomination which is kind of a good thing because she's like the least crazy

like she was up against Joe Arpeo and if you all remember Joe Arpeo is the guy that got pardoned by

Trump for shackling pregnant women in like pregnant immigrants together and basically basically let me

may or may not have killed a dog like yeah yeah he's up for craziest man in

America for sure yeah and and then um then the Democratic nomination went to Kirsten Cinema, which is all exciting because this is the first time that Arizona will have a female senator.

So no matter what happens.

We hope, oh right, but neither one of them.

Yeah, because they're both women.

Okay.

And apparently, cinema does have a narrow lead over McSalle in the polls,

but McSalle has already started running
