today to bring to you a topic that's on my mind. I hope you find it useful. I think you will,

mentality. I've been around a lot of successful

entrepreneurs the past decade plus. I came out of the corporate world where there weren't a whole

lot of entrepreneurial thinkers necessarily, and I had a very traditional education. And the

premise of today's show is the things I learned in that traditional education, sure, there was some value there, but for the most part, it really slowed me down.

There was actually several things that I had to unlearn on my way to succeeding as an entrepreneur based on the education.

Now, I had some great teachers, and I'm not bitter against my parents, and I'm not bitter against my parents and I'm not

angry at the system. I'm not anti-schooling, although I do think schooling and education are two

entirely different topics. But I just want to dive into that today just a little bit because I've

been around a lot of very successful entrepreneurs and virtually none of them say, yep, it's because I went to this

great business college. Now, some of them will say, yeah, I learned some valuable things there,

but for the most part, it's the connections. It's learning to think correctly. And I would argue

that there's a lot of things you have to just unlearn if you come through a traditional

schooling model. Now, I don't say education because, again, to me, schooling and education are two
