on the NBA podcast where we break down the latest and greatest news and info about

the NBA but there's not a lot of news and

info going on. It's the heat of the off season. So my name, Tony East, from

lockdown Pacers and David Grumill, who's with me from lockdown heater, going to do what

we did last week, where we broke down our five most interesting teams from the Eastern Conference,

except we were going to do it in the Western Conference today.

David was at the Hall of Fame ceremonies this weekend.

So David, first of all, how are you?

And are you excited to talk about the Western Conference,

which might actually not be as dominant

as in years past this year?

Yeah, I'm doing great.

As you mentioned, the Springfield Hall of Fame and Shrim it was a lot of fun seeing all those veteran players, seeing everybody excited about the process. There was an interesting experience for me, one that I'll always remember and got a chance to talk to Chris Bosch, which is always great because he is probably one of my favorite players to have talked to throughout my tenure of covering the Miami Heat,

so that was a lot of fun.

Other than that, it was great.

But as you mentioned, yes, the Western Conference,

not quite as dominant, not a lot of teams

that necessarily stand out.

I think there are certainly a handful of great teams, but in looking at this we're kind of free of restriction if you recall from last week's episode. We weren't allowed to cover our own teams that you know the heat or paces respectively respectively so we just had to talk about the other

13 teams in the Eastern Conference now no such restrictions and yet no team that
