| 1:55.3 | what happens after lunch. My schedule falls apart. I get interrupted by other people's projects. |

| 2:02.9 | And then later in the afternoon, kid driving starts. |

| 2:08.5 | Anyway, so on those days, I choose to just get up an hour earlier and get that workout in first thing. |
