There are some trends in retirement planning that are really good and these changes are accelerating.

So trends are normal things.

Change takes times and it's usually disruptions like this personally or in this case

personally and economically that accelerate trends that are already in place.

And we've seen this in our personal lives.

We've seen school, learning, go 100% online.

That was already a trend online learning,

but with universities, K through 12 schools,

everything because of it what's happened this year are 100% online and so as a result

administrators teachers students parents have had to very quickly learn what tools to use, what tools not to use, how to

organize things, how to maintain accountability and structure, they've had to

learn these things by necessity and this has happened because of this

pandemic whereas there was online learning but it was a slow process because

people had their normal ways and now they don't. So I think when we get through all this,

online learning has just taken a huge leap forward and we're never going back to where we were.

Doesn't mean we won't have in-person schooling.
