I've been really struggling.

I'm still having a hard time, but today's a huge

victory. I'm really excited. This is the first episode I have created since

that, whatever, and yeah, I'm doing the best I can. I hope you're doing well out there. I'm doing the best I can and I just am really happy to be doing the show again today.

I want to start today with this. I made a list yesterday. My dad and I were sitting at

dinner. We went to I-HOP and we thought about going to I-HOP and getting

burgers, but we're like, guys, it's I-HOP, you get pancakes so I-hop so my dad and went

I-hop we were talking and came up with this list. There are five things that

make a good NFL head coach.

I'm going to list them in order of priority.

Number one, the most important thing,

they need to understand that they are the,

I think maybe a better way is Captain.

The best analogy I can think of is that an NFL head coach needs to be kind of like the captain of a pirate ship.

On a pirate ship, the captain is not your buddy.
