So obviously, you know, she's a small landlord.

Like a lot of, you know, it's how we all start, right?

Start with one, then two, then three.

And I, of course, have a lot of units as a lot of you guys know but we were having some fun this weekend and we're like you know what

would be a really good podcast and brainstorming with the whole group of people at this conference we

were at and we decided we came down to we're actually having fun, the five mistakes landlords make.

Yeah.

When renting.

So, you know, because these are stories now that you can laugh at, but you can't always laugh at them.

Well, there's just so much that you learn as you go.

And then you look back on the things that you initially did and you're either like,

I'm so happy that that worked out because it definitely couldn't have or that was a mess and I had to get myself out of it.
