This is not a democracy, everybody can get what they want to do, everybody will get to

do what they feel like doing.

You got to buy in and do what you're supposed to do to be a part of the team and do the

things you need to do in practice every day, sense urgency, play fast, execute, do your

job.

You know guys on the sidelines sitting there pounding, you know I can't stand that either,

you know sit there and pound on a sideline, you know because that's the ultimate in selfish,

you know well the last play didn't go my way so I feel so bad, well yeah I mean nobody

thinks well you're a tough person when you do that, nobody thinks that.

What they do is they point at you in the laugh and then they nudge their buddy and hey

they see that guy for this team over there on the sideline and they, you know they'll

use words like WIMP although they'll use other ones too.

And I think even better words with regard to describing what I'm witnessing at times.

I think Arkansas was an underdog in every game last year and I know you guys don't

worry about it.
