Oh, that is a bit of foreshadowing there.

Ren, welcome. Hello, hello. All right. We are going to talk books today. And I guess since Scott has

mentioned the prime mime, we will start with a book recommended last month by Dan, which is the

Gone Away world by Nick Harkaway. Dan,j you want to explain a little bit about uh what this

book is about and three of the four of us have read it now so we can discuss it and serenity can um plug

her ears or just listen and be amazed uh it's kind of an interesting mishmash book in that

it sort of starts out as a post apocalyptic, and then we go back in time and get the

events that lead up to this apocalyptic happening.

And it centers around these characters in this haulage and hazmat company, and specifically

one of them, a guy named Gonzo Lubich, who is the best friend of the narrator.
