Five apps for real estate investors, that's today's show. Let's dive into it.

0:09.7

Let's get to it. Hey, I'm Clayton Morris. I'm Natalie Morris. Thanks so much for

0:13.4

watching. Today we're going to talk about organization. That's my favorite thing

0:18.0

to talk about and I want to talk about some of the ways we sort of manage the paperwork. The workflow and the

0:25.2

workflow and the money when it comes to being a real estate investor because that's

1:11.5

like a picture of a piece of mail. It sort of like smooths out the

1:15.6

paper and takes out the shadows and it looks like a real beautiful high-res

1:20.0

document. I use this a lot because when you're a real estate investor you do get a lot

1:26.7

of snail mail. Now you get the deed to your property right that needs to be

1:30.6

stamped by the county.

1:32.6

It's like a raised document.

1:34.6

It shows actual wet signatures.

1:37.2

That's something you can't do digitally yet.

1:39.7

And so you want to have that as some kind of PDF, right?
