I am the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Kate Spade and Company.

So I oversee marketing for both the Kate Spade in New York and the Jack Spade brands.

I've been in role for four years doing the Chief Marketing Officer role and I came

to Kate Spade most recently from the Walt Disney Company where I worked for 13 years

in a variety of roles.

I started in primarily in licensing, which I also run today at Kate Spade in New York.

It is a wonderful opportunity to learn about sales and about branding and about product

So I did that.

I had the opportunity to launch the Disney Princess brand.

So today it feels like a mainstay for every kind of two to six-year-old girl.

But when I got there, it didn't exist.

And so we launched the Disney Princess brand and that was one of the most fun things I
