Hey, everybody, Emily here.

0:21.6

You are listening to Five Minute Friday from Hurtle.

0:25.6

Hello, hello, from my new desk.

0:29.5

If you subscribe to the weekly hurdle newsletter, substack, it comes out every single Friday.

0:35.0

It's absolutely free to do so.

0:36.4

So if you're not in on it yet,

0:38.3

get in on it. The link to do that is in the show notes. But if you are subscribed, then you know what I'm

1:52.2

to say that lately. And I walked back in to the building after treating myself to some

1:59.3

2:04.3

the why that I stick it out on all of the hard days. I finally felt like, oh, this is what I remember.
