| 0:00.0 | Hey, everyone. |
| 0:14.8 | Hey, everyone. Emily Abadi here. You are listening to Five Minute Friday from Hurtle. I am recording |
| 0:28.1 | live looking at the water right now on a Virgin Voyage's cruise ship. It's, my gosh, it feels a little |
| 0:34.6 | silly to talk about this because there's so much going on in the world. But this was something that I planned back in November. And so I am getting off the ship tomorrow. I've been on it for a week. Unfortunately, we haven't had the best weather. It's been rainy and cloudy for most of the time here. I think out of the seven days, we got one day of sun. but an amazing place to be despite the fact that it |
| 0:55.5 | wasn't sunny and bright. I mean, the facilities are gorgeous. The restaurants are top-notch. |

| 1:53.3 | Whether it is uncontrollable circumstance, even though you may be home, whether it is travel, |
| 1:57.6 | work travel, disagreements or arguments with friends or loved ones that make |
| 2:02.2 | you feel some kind of way. |
| 2:03.2 | So many different things can pull us out of our normal routine or make it feel like the routine is not possible. |
| 2:09.8 | But what has been a constant for me, despite so much uncontrollable, over the last 365, |
| 2:15.3 | is doing the same things almost every single day, although those things |
| 2:20.9 | might look a little bit different. So the aspects of my routine right now that feel so good |
| 2:26.2 | to me, my morning routine habits stack, if you will. It involves breathwork, journaling, |
| 2:32.6 | gratitude, moving my body, light exposure. Those are non-negotiables for me. |
