Well, so yeah, my, well my podcast is called Stay Open.

And it's really, in a nutshell, it's a dysfunctional guide on how to live life from a woman in her 20s. So out of college, I had a really hard time adjusting to adulthood, which of course you're an adult in college, I get that, but you kind of graduate and we all go off on these different paths like your friends and your significant others, whatever, what have you, your family.

And I really struggled with it and I felt like every time I would go listen to

podcast, it was a place for me to kind of sit back and listen and learn but I was never listening or hearing what I needed to hear from someone my age.
