The new country, 963, second, second, second, second date update.

So I met Marla, we were playing pickleball.

I'm a big pickleball player, and I was there playing with my friends, and the next court over was Marla, and she seemed kind of upset.

She was sort of by herself, and I heard her on the phone saying, well, like, oh, no, you can't come?

Like, can you text, blah, blah, blah. And basically her partner backed out of the last second. So she had nobody to play with. We were finishing up. So I was like, hey, I'll stay. I'll be your partner. If you guys can wait, like five minutes. We played together. Wait a second

You just jumped in there

And played with Marla

Yeah

Well I asked

I was like

Hey you know

I'm about the finish we played together. Wait a second. Oh, wait, wait. You just jumped in there and played with Marla?

Yeah, well, I asked.

I was like, hey, you know, I'm about to finish, you know, in five minutes. If you guys could just wait, I'll be your partner, I'll jump in. And yes, she was very cute and she seemed interested in that. And she was like, cool, that's awesome. Thank you. Yeah, so we played together as a team and we won.

So that was pretty cool.

So then we hung out and her other friends who were the other team sort of just chilled at the bar afterwards and we were talking. We were laughing so much and just like really getting along. And so afterwards we go to her car and walk car, and I'm just like, hey, I had a really good time.

I'd love to see you again.

We exchanged numbers, and then she even gives me, like, a little kiss, like a little one. So it went really well. Like, I tried to call her back. I tried to text her, and I'm just, like, not getting any response. And although we didn't have like an official date, I thought we had an excellent time,

and I just felt like it was like meant to be almost, you know, like the way that we met and how we hit it off so well. And I just haven't heard from her. So it's sort of like, I don't know what's going on. Okay. But like you said, there was no official date, but you did exchange numbers and all that at the car, right?
