This is not a driving with Dave episode, but it's going to be a nice solo chat with you answering

a lot of your questions and guess what?

It's May 4th,th 2024 and as my nerds like to remind everybody

it's May the 4th be with you day because it originated as a fan holiday

Star Wars Day has no official origin or even commencement year.

The earliest uses of the phrase, may the fourth be with you, dates to 1978, one year after

the release of Star Wars episode for a new hope. Now we may

deliver a baby today although I wouldn't count on it because we are not in

labor yet. I don't want to give moment to moment updates but I do have a lot of people asking oh Dave does this mean you're in labor? No, no it doesn't. I am staying nestled and close to my lovely bride as we wait out the final days of pregnancy of course

several days past our due date although they do say first-time moms take a little bit longer

to have their baby bake in the oven.

So we'll have to see how that all goes down.

But I will say there is a version of a name for our son

that has the initials H-A-N, which of course would be H-An, like Han Solo.

And if the baby is born on May the 4th, we might have to go with that.

But as the moments tick on, it doesn't look like May the fourth is going to happen if I had to guess I'm thinking May 7th
