I'm Bruce Feldman, no Stu Mandel.

He is on vacation with his family but we have two

guests today I think you'll really like this episode we're going to be joined by

Matt Campbell he is the great young coach at Iowa State.

We're going to get into a lot of topics with him, not just about program building, but why they've

been able to have success at a place nobody's really had success at and his

path and also his perspective on what it takes to develop talent. I think it's a

big picture topic that you'll see we dig into he has a really interesting

interesting view of things and I think we'll get at some really

good stuff. Our other guest is Chuck McDonald. He is a colleague of mine at Fox Sports and he's one of the best

game producers in the business and Chuck has been around

for about two decades and I thought it would be fascinating for a lot of people to

hear what it's like behind the curtain of a game broadcast as well as some of Chuck's stories. So we're going to

start out with Matt Campbell and then we'll get to Chuck in a minute and next

week Stu will be back on the audible at least I think he will. And now we are thrilled to be joined by our guest today on the audible.

Matt Campbell, he's the outstanding coach at Iowa State who has worked some wonders there in Ames.
