Tonight, in a little over four hours, it is game two of the Eastern Conference finals between

the New York Knicks and the Indiana Pacers. More on that coming up in a few minutes, more with

your telephone calls as well. But the other big story this weekend is that the Mets are home.

They're taking on the Los Angeles Dodgers. They're actually beginning a 10-game homestan stand,

10-game homestan. And remember, the Mets have been incredible at home.

So they are certainly hoping to build off of their incredible home record.

They are 17 and 5 at City Field.

They have not lost a series at City Field.

And they are going to play three games with the Dodgers beginning tonight.

They've got three games against the White Sox.

And then they've got three games against Colorado. So actually, it's a nine game

Homestead. I don't know why I said 10. But it starts off and then it continues with some weaker

teams. The real challenge right now facing Juan Soto is something he hasn't truly faced yet.

He is slumping. He had the weird sequence in Boston in which he didn't

take the bat off the shoulder, finally did, when he struck out his third time up and then hit the

long sacrifice fly. But there's been a lot of discourse around Juan Soto. A lot of, he's not happy,

a lot of, he's not shuffling, a lot of, he sucks, he's not getting big hits. Buyers remorse. I am calm

right now as a Met fan. I'm annoyed

or at least I was annoyed when he BS

us about the hustle stuff. I have

confidence he will turn it on.
