You need to know if you're taking those and coming up later, the SAT has implemented

a new system that basically scores you taking into account your background.

I want to talk about that.

So there is a shift that I didn't see coming.

I don't know any economists saw it coming, but mortgage rates this year have, and it's

a jagged line, but the trend has been down at a time that it looked like rates would

be headed up.

And so there is a double window of opportunity here because of the decline in rates.

That was unanticipated.

First, for you, if you are in the market to buy a home, we're in a position now where

there is a larger than normal spread from lender to lender on rates.

Usually there will be lenders that have better rates than others, but the gap based on

the same credit score of the highest 30 year rates, which is what people usually do

to buy a home.
