Summary

We never would have guessed that EA would manage to crank out not one, but TWO impressive Star Wars games in a row. Krispy returns to the fold this week to talk about 'Star Wars Squadrons' and how it has managed to surprise and delight against the odds. The group also dives even deeper into 'Hades', Nick highlights 'Lost in Vivo' courtesy of Carlos' recommendation, and Chris Davis revisits '13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim' now that he has sunk a considerable amount of time into it. In the 2nd segment, it's been a slow news week so we use that extra air time to catch up on supporter questions.

1:02.0

Brad's not here tonight, but we have some games to revisit that, specifically Hades, which

1:07.0

myself, Krispy and Nolan haven't really had a chance to talk about with any hands hands-on impressions yet because at the time, none of us had actually started it yet. But now we've had some hands-on-time with it, so we're going to talk about that. No hands-on-time with that, but? Did I... You're throwing me off, Chris Davis. Why did you have to say but? Haiti. We're also going to talk about... we're going to, oh, I keep forgetting about that. We're going to talk about- How can you forget about Haiti? I don't know. I block it out. Half the people listening to this show probably don't even know what we're talking about when we keep talking about Haiti. Nobody remembers that big butt robot that we played, we played- I'm pretty sure our chat remembers that.

And Nobody remembers that big butt robot that we played we played I'm pretty sure in our chat remembers that I mean I know we remember it

We're also going to talk about Star Wars squadrons tonight which

1:53.8

I think most of us here with exception to maybe know no one technically came over to help me with some stuff

1:59.4

I played it up and you played it for like 20 minutes just to test some stuff on my computer uh so i don't know if that counts

2:07.7

but uh most of us have been playing star wars squadron so we'll talk about that um before we get too far

2:13.7

uh i want to remind everybody that it is uh it is oct. So in the spirit of Spooktober, for the

2:22.5

Revival Club, we are playing Castlevania Symphony of the Night. We're actually doing a

2:27.1

Castlevania double feature of Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night.

2:33.2

But only one of those is the good game. I know. I mean, I played like an hour and a half of Rondo of Blood on the stream the other night. You let Brad bull you into this, didn't you? Well, no, I mean, I've always... Yes, I did, okay? He's like, okay, you got to play Symphony of the Night, but don't play Symphony of the Night until you played at least three hours of Rondo of Blood to really open up the flavor. No, what he wants you to do? What he wants you to do is he wants you to play Rondo, so you hate yourself because the game's bad, and then you start playing Symphony of the Night, and you're like, oh, this is pretty good in good in comparison i mean that's kind of the experience

3:07.7

i had uh the other night i like i said i'll play like an hour and a half of rondo of blood and that game
