Good morning and welcome to 49ers in 5, your daily update on everything happening with the team that you need to know.

I'm Rob Stats Guerrera. Today is Friday, November 7th, 2025. Here's what's happening with your San Francisco 49ers.

We'll get to Kyle Shanahan and Robert Sala in a minute, but first we begin as we always do with the injury report.

And unfortunately, it's getting worse.

Three players were added to the report.

First, Kalia Davis with an ankle and Keon White with a groin were both limited, along with Tatum

Bethune, Bryce Huff, Brock Purdy, and Jake Brendel.

Alfred Collins was added to the report.

He did not practice yesterday.

D-winners also did not participate with two different knee injuries and, of course, Ricky

Pearsall.

Now, let's get to Kyle Shanahan on KNBR.

Here's his Brock Purdy update. It's been similar to last week, maybe a little bit more.

You know, I think we're definitely being more aggressive with him as we go this week,

more aggressive than that last week. And he's definitely getting better each week,

head in the right direction. Still haven't decided this week whether we'd rule him or we'd rule him out or not. Probably do

that tomorrow after practice. But Brock's definitely getting closer. He went on to say that he's

quote, pretty confident, end quote. We'll see Brock Purdy play again this year. That makes one of us, Kyle.

Now, as for the game this week, Kyle said he actually doesn't go overboard planning to play

the Rams. There isn't much that changes each game. We've changed coordinators a bunch on both

sides. But the whole history and the whole scheme on both sides hasn't changed too much. And we've both done about everything possible to each other. It actually ends up being one of the more simpler games, I think, for both sides. And that's why it just ends up being a battle every year. It's always fun to play those guys. It's always a huge challenge. But it's one that our guys really get into, and I know they do too, and can't wait to get to it on
