The Niners had their last real practice before Sunday's opener against Detroit, so let me give you the rundown.

Jalen Hurd and Emmanuel Mosley

did not participate both with knee injuries. Kevin Givens, Javan Kinlaw, and Trey Lance were

limited. Brandon Ayuk, Aaron Banks, Nick Bosa, D. Ford, Dre Greenlaw, and Jason Verrett.

All were full participants in practice, and that is music to my

ears. All things considered, the 49ers are in pretty good shape health-wise going into the

season, and that's something that an offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel brought up on Thursday.
