Good morning and welcome to 49ers in 5, your daily update on everything happening with the team that you need to know.

I'm Rob Stats Guerrera. Today is Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Here's what's happening with your San Francisco 49ers.

No injury report yesterday because the players were off, so let's get right to the audio

portion of the show.

And we'll start with Wright Tackle Colton McKivitz, who was a guest on KMBR and says the

team has a healthy mindset coming out of that big loss to the Rams.

Moving forward here, you don't see that, you know, Rams offense, Stafford, but, you know,

we're going to have to come in every week ready to rock and roll and it doesn't really

matter who's going to be out there, but the goal is the same.

I mean, our goal this year was to get better every week and win every game.

You go into that mindset instead of looking at the playoffs or what the outcomes could be. The focus is a lot higher. There's not a tendency to kind of look forward to, well, if we win this game or lose that game, it's going to affect us. So, you know, if we keep the main thing, the main thing, and that's winning every week and getting better every week, then, you know,

it's going to take care of itself.

He kind of said the quiet part loud, but it's true.

The Rams are an elite offense.

The Niners defense is beat up.

And just the reality of the schedule is that San Francisco really doesn't see that kind of

firepower on offense again until they play the Colts at the end

of December and then of course Seattle in week 18. Now that doesn't mean the games will be easy

or anything like that, but you certainly feel better about what your defense can do against

weaker offenses than you would against the cream of the crop. Now as I said, was an off day, so there wasn't much going on with the Niners.
