Certain kids have a lower self-esteem and that makes them very willing to listen to their coaches to do what their coaches say and you know that part of them is great but then when there's a self-esteem is low and they don't think I'm the freaking man I can go win it title I can go win at Fargo if they

Wrestling gave us that ability. I would say nothing in life has impacted me more than the things wrestling has taught me in terms of self-reflection, resilience.
