Hey, Josh, why don't you give everybody a little rundown on yourself so they can get to know you better?

Yeah, so, you know, obviously I run a real estate team here in the Timmonium area in Maryland and have three kids, a wife, a couple other businesses and just trying to find time to do it all.

Wow, okay, so let's get some nitty gritty here.

So like how many houses did you and your team sell last year?

We had 308 transactions last year? We had three hundred and eight transactions last year. Okay and what was

your ECI on that your ego commission income? Yeah the the gross ego commission was

just a little bit north of 1.3 million.

All right, 1.3 million.

What was your net profit?

We were at 28% profit margin. It was around 320,000. So 320. And what's your L. T. You're left to invest after you pay all your personal bills?
