Summary
Guided walking meditation to help you experience your true inner nature. When you walk in nature, especially in green spaces, you inhale beneficial airborne microbes. In this meditation you will express gratitude for all those who have believed in you throughout your life. Release fear, anger, anxiety, and self doubt that may be holding you back. | 0:40.0 | And I am outside in my own backyard as I record this, |
| 0:45.2 | and I'm enjoying this beautiful late afternoon. |
| 0:50.9 | And so wherever you happen to be, as you do this meditation, you may not be able to be outside. |
| 0:59.0 | So I encourage you in that case to open a window. |
| 1:03.0 | Allow yourself to experience the outdoors, the outside environment. |
| 1:10.0 | Bring that in with you. |
| 1:12.6 | Make it a tangible part of your day. |
| 1:15.6 | And if you are outside walking, good for you. |
| 1:20.6 | That's awesome. |
| 1:22.6 | And it's so good for you in particular |
| 1:25.6 | because there are a lot of different micro-organisms |
| 1:30.3 | in the soil and that are airborne that are good for you. |
| 1:35.3 | That scientists now realize that when we inhale these, they help reduce tumors, |
| 1:42.3 | cancer tumors and other tumors. |
| 1:46.3 | You have stronger immunity and your overall happiness increases. |
| 1:54.0 | Walking is one of the best ways in so many different experiments with hundreds of people participating. |
