If you have been listening to this podcast since the beginning, like six years ago now, which is so wild.

But if you are an OG listener, you will already be

familiar with today's guest, Kate Van Horn. She was a guest on the show multiple times

earlier on in its journey when it was more focused on nutrition and health and wellness

and all that fun stuff. We connected. Well, we became friends

years ago. Actually, I don't even remember how. I think probably through blogging. But we became

really, really good friends with very similar stories and just a lot in common with our

health history in terms of the depression and anxiety and disordered eating. So we became

fast friends and that was all during the time when we were both food blogging and just in the

health and wellness space and all that fun stuff. Then, you know, life happened and I think

both of us moved and got busy and I was doing whatever I was doing. She was moving a bit.

And we kind of talked about that in between. And we both kind of went on our own personal journeys.

And however long later, I remember going to Kate's page and I'm like, oh, whoa, she's like super spiritual now.

And obviously it was the same thing for me.

So it's just funny how many people I meet who, well, I mean, people I was close with when

I was really deep in health and nutrition who, you know, then maybe we weren't talking

as much and then came back together and wound up in a similar space in terms of going from like health and wellness to more

spirituality. So it's just a really fun, fun story and just like warms my heart to see Kate so

in her flow. Like, oh man, she she is living really in alignment. And I was just so excited to chat with her today about all of the things that she is up to now. And if you don't already know, Kate, she is an intuitive tarot reader, a psychic and mentor to spiritual entrepreneurs. She is a huge mental health advocate,
