2:08.1 | How do I begin to transition in an up level? |
2:12.5 | I mean, it's a great question. The first question I would ask them is what do you believe is causing your stuck state? Right? So if you think about, you know, a car. |
2:26.4 | Right? If a car is in drive, you can drive the car and shift left, right, go reverse. But if a car is in park, that's because you're in park. So the question is what's causing you to be in a stuck state? |

3:30.5 | If we live at the level of effects, then we keep repeating those effects because we're looking at effects, which perpetuate more of the same effects. |
3:42.5 | But if we're looking at playing the game of life or health at the level of cause, at cause, we can change. At effect, okay, we're usually repeating patterns. So that's where we begin. |
