Kansas after spending a good portion of September in Arizona and

Chris I want to do a little wrap up with you on elk season get some of your

takeaways on things that you learned this season but first of all how you doing?

Doing well. Yeah I just got back last night and

tried to this is always the tough every time we get these transitions between you know big blocks of

hunting you know you deal the same thing with turkeys.

You know, you mobilize, well, for Coosier and turkeys as well, you kind of, you spend a month doing one thing

and then all of a sudden the season ends and you just kind of I don't know I just kind of sit there like for a day or two.

Yeah, I just know what you're doing.

Yeah, I know what I'm supposed to do it, but I'm like completely not in my routine anymore and now I've got a kind of retool.

So yeah, the truck hasn't even been unloaded, the camper's still a shample, so yeah, I've got stuff to do, but it's good to be home, it's

good to be home.

We're going to dive into some of the things you learned this elk season but it sounds like from years past

to usually once you make the transition you very quickly jump in to Chasing

White Dells there in Kansas, right?

Oh yeah, no, that's exactly it.
