| 0:16.5 | In today's episode, which is episode 4888, you're going to be guided in a meditation using a mudra. |
| 0:28.8 | And a mudra is a particular way you position your hands. |
| 0:33.7 | And mudras are often called yoga in your hands. |
| 0:37.3 | And they work in a similar way as acupressure. And mudras are often called yoga in your hands. |
| 0:42.2 | And they work in a similar way as acupressure or yoga. |
| 0:50.9 | So they activate your nervous system and they help you to cultivate certain emotions. |
| 0:55.5 | And they also strengthen different organs. So the mudra you're going to be doing today is the Rudra Mudra. |
| 1:03.4 | And it is considered to be the ruler of the solar plexus chakra. |
| 1:10.7 | And so this is a great mudra for you. If you would like to |
| 1:16.7 | strengthen your stomach, your spleen, and your pancreas, and all those organs that help you |
| 1:26.4 | assimilate the energy from the food you take in. |
| 1:30.3 | Now you don't have to do today's mudra. |
| 1:34.3 | You can simply enjoy the beautiful visualization meditation I leave for you |
| 1:40.3 | that goes along with this mudra. |

| 1:54.9 | Our theme for this week is the confidence theme. And in my mind, confidence is one of the most important qualities you can cultivate. |
