I was, I was the head of media at a place called FanBite, which, you know, media company, you did a lot of podcasting, did a lot of media coverage, but I'm also a game dev, and I've been in games for 12 years now, which is like, God, when you say stuff like that out loud now, I'm, I'm rounding the bases on my 30s, and I'm looking back and going, wow, I'm having 12 years of experience doing anything's kind of scary, but, yeah, like I, I, I, I,

I consult on a bunch of different projects right now, none of which I can talk about, which is, which feels very strange, but it shows over, John, never mind, you're out of here. I can't, I can't, I can't believe it, but it's like, I do a lot of consulting for game projects and things like that, but I also run, I also have my own podcast and nights, I still do media stuff on the side, so I'm kind of, I'm kind of everywhere. I'm awesome right now, just spread. Well, we're glad you're here. That's the important part. I'm glad I'm here. Thank you. Thank you.

I said it before and certainly talked with Ka and you know it, John, but I was a big fan of what you all were doing over there, and I'm super excited to have you on DLC with us. You know, John, this is the part where I, you know, we each pick a story of the week. But yeah, something happened this week that, you know, is quite sad. And we wanted to note and

and reflect on here at the top of the show. And that is the passing of Lance Reddick, the actor at the extremely young age of 60. I just, it's extraordinary, extraordinarily young and sad.

Lance Reddick, of course, we know from the big screen and the small screen, the wire, the John Wick films, so many awesome, awesome film appearances. But also, by all accounts, a big gamer and an actual fan of video games.

So much that he kind of directed his career into doing a lot more video game stuff, including playing Zavala in Destiny 2 and playing in the in the horizon series as well.

Such a sad bit of news this week. I know you wanted to mention it, John, the sad passing of Lance Reddick.
